TERMS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE WWW.SOCIESCUELA.ES
Welcome to Sociescuela, from this moment on, you will be referred to as USER. By using the services of the website www.sociescuela.es (hereinafter the WEBSITE), you are entering into a contract with SOCIESCUELA INFORMÁTICA S.L., located at Avda. de la Coruña, nº 13 - 1º - 4 in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid 28702 - Spain, and you accept the following Terms of Access and Use of the WEBSITE.
FIRST.- PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT AND OPERATION.
Under this Agreement, when the USER registers on the WEBSITE, Sociescuela provides, via the Internet, a coexistence test, in which students present themselves with names of up to 12 characters, thus allowing identification by their classmates for the answers, and avoiding full names. A digital fingerprint is also stored, allowing the tracking of test evolution and linking coexistence and screening.
The results of the coexistence test will be displayed in a window with several tabs, showing the Class Sociogram, Heterogeneous Work Groups, Classroom Placement, Analysis of the coexistence of students with greater social difficulties, and Student Responses to the test. These graphical representations will be interactive, showing different information depending on the case selected.
The USER, through the program, will obtain a code for each of the groups they wish to pass the coexistence test. Groups will have a maximum of 36 individuals, and to view the results, at least 9 students must have completed the test. The teacher will communicate the test code to the group members so they can access the WEBSITE and complete it. For students under 14 years of age to access and complete the test on the WEBSITE, the USER will obtain authorization from their Parents or Legal Guardians.
The WEBSITE also provides a multifactor screening test that is used to conduct a preventive screening of various individual factors, which, if an alarm is triggered for any factor, will assist the School Guidance Counselor in advising the family on referring the case to a health service that can help with the problem. Minors under 18 years of age need family authorization to complete the screening test. The factors addressed in the test include Impulsivity-Hyperactivity, Attention Deficit, Dissocial, Oppositional Defiant, Hopelessness, Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem, Withdrawal, Somatization, Eating Control, Thinness Concern, Perfectionism, Video Games, Social Networks, and Internet Risk.
SECOND.- SECURITY.
For security reasons, if 3 consecutive errors occur when entering the access password, the USER's access to the WEBSITE Area will be blocked, preventing access. In this case, SOCIESCUELA, at the USER's request, will take measures to restore the service. The USER authorizes SOCIESCUELA to create any computer records it deems appropriate regarding activities performed through the Area. These records may be used as evidence in court and out of court.
THIRD.- PASSWORD CUSTODY.
The USER is obliged to diligently safeguard the access password and keep it strictly confidential. In case of loss or theft of the access password, or if the USER detects that it has been accessed by third parties, the USER is obliged to notify SOCIESCUELA as soon as they become aware or suspect such circumstances, identifying themselves to SOCIESCUELA's full satisfaction. Until such notification is made, the USER will be entirely responsible for any unauthorized access to the WEBSITE Area and any actions taken.

SOCIESCUELA reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or restrict the content of the WEBSITE Area, the links, or the information obtained through it, remote assistance, and the execution of any other act or contract under this Agreement when technical or security reasons require or impose it.
SOCIESCUELA will not be liable for any damages that may be caused to the USER due to breakdowns, overloads, line drops, connection failures, or any other similar eventuality beyond SOCIESCUELA's control, that prevent the use of the WEBSITE Area.
