- The data you provide when taking the test will be processed by SOCIESCUELA, as the entity responsible for preparing the tests.
- SOCIESCUELA processes your personal data to detect coexistence problems, both yours and your classmates, and to improve coexistence based on the current situation. This data will be viewed by your school's or institute's teachers.
- Your data is processed because you consent to it when taking the test, if you are over 14 years old. If you are under 14, your parents or legal guardians will have given you permission to take the test through your teachers.
- We will not delete your data unless you tell us to, as long as we still need it and as long as there may be responsibility for the test results.
- You can exercise your data protection rights (Access, Rectification, Portability, Restriction of Processing, Erasure, or, if applicable, Objection) by telling us which one you want to exercise and sending us a copy of your ID, Passport, or NIE. If you are a minor, your parents or legal guardians must do this, proving your relationship and providing their identification document.
- Additionally, if you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated, you can contact or file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
